Chad Pierce received his Bachelors in Architecture from the University of Louisiana, Lafayette in 1995.Chad manages the respective divisions of the company.He has programmed and designed a variety of facilities for corporate institutions as well as other similar commercial clients.Chad has extensive experience in large-scale facility programming and design, most recently having served as project architect for The Toltec Mixed Use Restoration in Trinidad, Colorado and numerous commercial renovation projects over the last 12 years. While working on The Ribbeck Corporate Office building Chad met Steve Oubre', the owner of Architects Southwest who offerd him a postion in his company where he stayed for three years before relocating to Austin to start SEAUX+PIERCE Architecture.

Jeanne brings an abundance of creativity and experience to any project as Project Designer. She works closely with clients to understand what they want and then designs for their specific needs. Responsibilities include meeting with clients to discuss design options, creating plan and elevation options, along with detailing conditions, material selection, overall conceptual scenarios, research of building codes and accessibility requirements. She is LEED certified and can design your building or space to achieve a LEED certification.

Elizabeth worked for the Lake Travis Chamber of Commerce before joining our office in 2006. She keeps track of job costs and project reporting to assure we stay on schedule and within budget.
